  • $100- 3 Monthly Auto-payments

  • 1- Kick off meeting (typically an hour)

  • 12 - 30-Minute coaching sessions

  • App tracking and integrations

  • Custom portions and habits practices

  • Printable resources and guides for education

6 Month Package: Weekly check-ins

  • $600 - Paid in full

  • $100 - 6 Monthly Auto-payments

  • 1 Kick off meeting (typically an hour)

  • 24 - 30-Minute coaching sessions

  • App tracking and integrations

  • Custom portions and habits practices

  • Printable resources and guides for education

  • Discount extended for immediate family members (Spouse and Children).

All nutrition services discounted 20% when combined with Personal Training services.
